Starting Up a Digital Bank

Challenge

Banco de Sol had the objective of achieving a new 100% digital experience and the possibility of offering a transactional banking core via APIs that could be integrated with third parties.

We created the Digital Architecture and Development team. We select its Banking Core in the cloud so that it allows an Agile at Scale work model and there are autonomous cells by financial product.
In the process, the contribution of the Ingenia approach was key, a qualified service in IT Architecture to establish guidelines and strategic vision in the integration of components that allow a correct evolution of the platform.

Currently, we continue to respond to their challenges by carrying out, together with their Architecture and Devops team, the Kubernetes platform hardening and a CI / CD scheme through Slack Bots to give independence to the product cells.
