Ingeniacracy is a set of transparent processes and rules that enables us to self-organize and continuously evolve in our roles and responsibilities around a shared purpose. It's our governance and decision-making framework, designed to foster engagement, empowerment, agility, efficiency, transparency, and innovation. When defining our model, we drew inspiration from holacracy and integrated our own principles.
Our history
Our early days
1999
Our story begins in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in the classrooms of the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and on the bus rides home.
2004
Our shared passion for knowledge and eagerness to teach brought us even closer: we created the IT Project Architecture course.
2014
We held the first ArqConf, a space to share knowledge and experiences about Software Architecture with the tech community.

With a highly specialized team, we founded Ingenia, a technology architecture firm focused on people and business.

We're expanding Ingenia's operations to Uruguay.

We launched Go.elevate, a training program designed to boost the skills of expert professionals in the industry.

We founded Devify, focusing on development solutions, and Startia, specializing in technology architecture with a focus on people and business.

Through Startia, Devify, and Go-Elevate, we holistically address the strategic needs of startups and global companies. We've also opened offices in Santiago, Chile.
