Challenge and context

The Spanish multinational provides a SaaS digital platform for large companies and their suppliers. Its goal is to facilitate collaboration and the exchange of documentation, purchases, invoices, and business information, while promoting transparency and reducing costs, time, and risks for organizations.

Nalanda Global needed to align the IT vision with business challenges. For this, Ingenia was brought in to drive the project, understanding that it required an analysis of both the technological situation and how to support the people who are part of this change, thus ensuring the achievement of business objectives and long-term sustainability through training and internal team capabilities.

Solution

At Ingenia, we carried out a proposal based on integrating and complementing the technological challenge along with the perspective and technical capabilities of people.

In this context, with the incorporation of a new CTO, we provided the necessary support to evolve their technical team so they would have the capacity to materialize business goals.

Thus, we developed a project that included defining the team structures required to face the technological challenge, evaluating competencies and technical skills, which resulted in developing professional development plans and leadership consolidation.

Additionally, we provided support to C-Levels, the People Experience area, and technical teams to ensure real adoption of the transformation.
